Job Description
As a Business Development (SDR) Intern, you will support the sales and business development process of Workme. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying potential prospects, initiating communication with potential clients, and supporting overall sales pipeline activities.
This role is suitable for those who are interested in B2B sales, HR, and corporate wellness.

Research and identify potential companies through LinkedIn and SalesQL

Conduct initial outreach (LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp) to introduce Workme by Ibunda services

Maintain and update prospect databases regularly

Schedule meetings or initial demos with potential clients

Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials

Follow up with prospects

Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies

Prepare weekly reports on pipeline progress
Qualifications :
- Fresh graduate in Business, Psychology, Communication, Management, or related fields

Interest in Business Development, HR, and EAP

Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills

Familiar with or willing to learn LinkedIn and SalesQL for prospecting

Able to conduct basic research and work with structured data

Able to work collaboratively in a team

Comfortable working in a Hybrid setup
