We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource (HR) Intern to support key Human Resources functions, particularly in recruitment, employer branding, talent development, employee engagement, and HR administration. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing people and talent processes for internal teams, volunteers, and associates, while contributing to a positive and impactful people experience.
Responsibilities :
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, candidate communication, and onboarding.Support Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen recruitment efforts, attract potential candidates, and build a sustainable talent pool.Build and maintain the talent pool through candidate engagement and recruitment initiatives.Coordinate training and development activities, including preparation, participant coordination, attendance, and documentation.Act as the PIC for employee engagement activities, from planning and coordination to execution and feedback collection.Manage the monthly performance evaluation process for interns and summarize feedback from interns and direct reports into a simple monthly report.Maintain and update HR databases, dashboards, and essential HR documentation, including contract monitoring and continuation processes.Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other documentation to support HR operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR programs and operational needs.Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications :
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields.Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.Able to communicate clearly and professionally, and comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds.Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and initiatives.Adaptable and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiar with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.Experience in organizational activities, volunteer management, event coordination, content creation, or previous internship experience is a plus.
