As a Content Creator Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in ideating, producing, and publishing engaging content—particularly for TikTok. You will contribute to increasing brand visibility and awareness by creating content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission in mental health.
Develop creative content ideas and storyboards for TikTok, aligned with marketing goals.
Create, shoot, and edit TikTok videos regularly, ensuring high engagement and relevance.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and formats, and adapt them for brand use.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor content performance and assist in analyzing metrics to optimize future content.
Participate in campaign planning and contribute creative input to team discussions.
Final semester student or fresh graduate from Communication, Visual Design, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.
Based in Jakarta area and able to work in a hybrid setting (online & offline).
Strong interest and understanding of TikTok content, trends, and user behavior.
Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere.
Creative mindset and comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about creating content related to wellness or mental health.
Willing to work 5 days/week (Monday–Friday, 09.00–18.00)
