We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will work closely with department heads and team leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities while driving employee engagement, performance, and development.
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Drive recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top talent acquisition.
Support employee engagement through events, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
Oversee performance management cycles and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Provide HR analytics, reports, and insights to improve performance, retention, and engagement.
Contribute to HRBP-led projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Prior 1-2 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Solid knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, performance, engagement, and learning.
Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
