Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand InsightMe services and retain users.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and InsightMe teams to increase the client base, including new, returning, and power users.
  • Design and implement user-friendly systems, policies, and procedures to optimize customer experience.
  • Lead product lifecycle processes, including research, user mapping, and system improvements.
  • Enhance partner (speaker, facilitator, etc.) performance through structured systems and processes.
  • Act as a Product Owner, aligning InsightMe’s development with customer and operational team needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the team in providing technical support, customer education, and service utilization guidance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on InsightMe’s performance, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate data-driven decision-making and continuously improve reporting systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance InsightMe’s services and user experience.

Qualifactions:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Proven 1-2 years experience in project management or a related field, including developing program for webinars, community events, online classes, and workshops.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to contextualize findings and develop strategies for user engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and familiar with online learning platforms and community management tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
