    • Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Product Strategy & Development

    • Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with market needs and business goals.
    • Act as a Product Owner, collaborating with Product & Tech teams to enhance WorkMe services.
    • Lead product testing and ensure solutions meet client and operational needs.
  • Business Development & Client Relations

    • Drive sales strategies and build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis & Market Research

    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to optimize WorkMe’s offerings.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
    • Work closely with marketing and tech teams to align strategies and support product success.

Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, product management, business development, or a related field, preferably in B2B services.
    • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Product & Market Knowledge

    • Strong understanding of product strategy, development, and user experience.
    • Familiarity with B2B mental health services, HR tech, or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Business Development & Client Management

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
    • Experience in sales strategy, client retention, and partnership development.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

    • Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and user feedback to drive product and business improvements.
    • Experience with performance metrics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership & Collaboration

    • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
