Responsibilities:
Video Editing
Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting or publishing.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and concepts.
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as required.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
Content Creation:
Generate creative ideas for engaging video content that aligns with the brand's marketing goals.
Brainstorm with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including organizing equipment and coordinating with talent.
Capture and edit footage to create compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and best practices.
Social Media Management:
Tailor video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on social media platforms to create content that drives engagement.
Graphic Design:
Create eye-catching graphics, titles, and animations to enhance video content.
Design thumbnails, cover images, and other visuals to optimize the visibility and appeal of videos on social media platforms.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
Collaborate with marketing managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and provide creative input.
Solicit feedback and iterate on video content based on input from team members and supervisors.
Learning and Development:
Take initiative to expand skills and knowledge in video editing, motion graphics, and related software tools.
Seek feedback from supervisors and actively participate in training opportunities to improve technical proficiency and creative abilities.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in video production and digital marketing.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized file management systems for video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.
Keep accurate records of project timelines, revisions, and feedback to facilitate smooth workflow and collaboration.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Understanding of video editing techniques, including cutting, trimming, transitions, and color grading.
Familiarity with keyframe animation, compositing, and other advanced features in After Effects
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Willing to work 5 days/week (Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00)
