As a WorkMe Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth while supporting organizations in building healthier, more productive workplaces. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and securing new corporate clients.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on workplace well-being.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess needs and align service delivery with expectations.

  • Monitor service quality, gather feedback, and recommend program improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or client relationship management (B2B preferred).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.

  • Knowledge of employee well-being, HR practices, or mental health services is a plus.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
