As a WorkMe Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth while supporting organizations in building healthier, more productive workplaces. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Responsibilities
Drive business development by identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and securing new corporate clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on workplace well-being.
Collaborate with clients to assess needs and align service delivery with expectations.
Monitor service quality, gather feedback, and recommend program improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or client relationship management (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.
Knowledge of employee well-being, HR practices, or mental health services is a plus.
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
