As part of Ibunda.id’s professional services ecosystem, WorkMe focuses on delivering psychological services and people development solutions for companies and organizational growth across Indonesia.
We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you as an Associate Psychologist in supporting various professional service needs for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting individual counseling or consultation sessions for employees

Delivering psychological assessments and interpretation, when required

Facilitating webinars, workshops, and psychoeducation sessions for corporate clients

Supporting organizational development initiatives, such as employee wellbeing programs, leadership development, and workplace interventions

Collaborating with the WorkMe team to design and deliver client-focused mental health and people development solutions
We are looking for Psychologists who:

Are licensed psychologists, preferably Clinical Psychologists or Industrial & Organizational Psychologists
- 8+ years of work experience
- Hold a valid SIPP/SIP and STR license

Are willing to provide online and/or offline services, depending on client needs and project location

Have a strong interest in employee wellbeing, organizational development, and workplace mental health services
