We are looking for a Legal Freelancer to support our internal team with contract review and contract template drafting on a periodic basis, working on a task-based/project assignment scheme.
Responsibilities :
Review 10–15 contract drafts per month, including identifying risky clauses and providing recommendations for improvementConduct legal risk assessments on reviewed contract documentsDraft and develop standard contract templates based on business needs
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in LawMinimum 1 year of work experience in the legal field (in-house legal, law firm, or legal consultant)Strong understanding of contract draft review and legal risk assessmentB2B industry background preferred (experience handling business-to-business contracts, vendor agreements, MOUs, NDAs, etc.)Able to work independently with clear targets and deadlinesDetail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working remotely/freelance
