We are looking for an Office Administration Staff to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while ensuring a positive experience for clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist clients while managing front desk activities.- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.- Coordinate with psychologists, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.- Ensure counseling rooms and office areas are clean, organized, comfortable, and ready for use.- Manage office assets, inventory, and operational supplies.- Support daily office operations, including maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace.- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure administrative processes are carried out professionally.- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta, 6 days a week, with a rotating shift schedule (morning–afternoon and/or afternoon–evening shifts).
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Preferably graduated from Office Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or other related fields).
- Previous experience in administration, front office, customer service, or general affairs is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Spreadsheet.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to support daily office operations, including maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work on-site.
