As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user-centered product experiences aligned with business goals. This role requires someone who can combine user empathy, problem-solving, and strategic product thinking to create meaningful, intuitive, and scalable product solutions.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure design decisions are not only visually appealing but also effective in solving user problems and driving product impact. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond execution — someone who can deeply understand problems, challenge assumptions, and contribute to product direction through thoughtful design solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze user problems, pain points, and business needs before proposing design solutions
-
Design user flows, wireframes, UI, and prototypes using a structured and systematic approach
-
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library across products
-
Actively contribute to product discussions and problem-solving, not just execute design briefs
-
Validate and iterate designs based on feedback, insights, and usability considerations
-
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
-
Ensure design solutions are both user-friendly and technically feasible
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Computer Science, or related fields
-
4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
-
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including problem framing, user journey, usability, and information architecture
-
Ability to create design solutions based on reasoning and problem-solving, not assumptions
-
Experience in building and maintaining design systems
-
Proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
-
Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and logically
-
Proactive, critical thinker with a strong sense of ownership toward product quality
-
Nice to have: experience in user research, usability testing, product metrics, or startup environments
