As a Peer Counselor, you will provide guidance, emotional support, and resources to individuals facing personal challenges. You will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment where individuals can feel heard, validated, and encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide one-on-one peer support sessions (chat/call)
  2. Support late-night sharing sessions & hotline services
  3. Listen with empathy, without judgment
  4. Offer initial support and refer to professional help when needed
  5. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in every session
  6.  Participate in regular training and development

Qualifications:

  1. Is currently based outside Indonesia (non-WIB timezone preferred)
  2. Final-year Psychology student or Bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology
  3. Has taken counseling-related coursework (for active students)
  4. Has strong empathy and communication skills
  5. Is comfortable handling emotional conversations
  6. Is committed for a minimum of 6 months
  7. Has availability of ±4 hours/week (to support evening WIB sessions)
