We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that application features function according to requirements and acceptance criteria through testing, validation, and structured bug documentation before release to production. You will work closely with Product, Project Management, and Engineering teams to maintain product quality throughout the development process.
Responsibilities :
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and validation testing across application features.

Create, maintain, and manage test scenarios, test cases, testing documentation, and bug reports in a structured manner.

Conduct bug analysis, bug validation, and retesting to ensure issues are resolved effectively.

Ensure product quality and feature stability prior to production deployment.

Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Frontend / Mobile Engineers, Project Managers, Product Team, UI/UX Team, and Lead of Technology to ensure requirements align with acceptance criteria.

Provide feedback on potential issues, usability concerns, or product flow gaps identified during testing.

Utilize tools such as Notion / Project Management Tools, Postman / API Testing Tools, Browser DevTools, and Internal Communication Tools in daily testing activities.

Support product development processes within an Agile / Scrum environment.
