As Project Manager Intern, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring technology projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business goals. You will also support cross-functional communication, resource allocation, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals
- Support the creation of detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and help ensure adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with developers to manage task allocation and progress tracking
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to gather updates and identify potential issues
- Assist in coordinating and securing necessary resources for project execution
- Help identify potential risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Support in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus
- Proficient in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under supervision
- Willing to work in a Hybrid setting (Monday–Thursday WFO in Bandung, Friday WFH)
