We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support various Human Resources functions, particularly in recruitment, talent development, HR administration, and employee engagement. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing talent processes for internal teams, volunteers, and associates, while contributing to building a positive and impactful people experience.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, assessment administration, and onboarding process.

Support training & development programs for internal teams, volunteers, and associates.

Assist in training preparation, attendance tracking, and learning documentation.

Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation management HR.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal activities to foster positive team culture.

Support onboarding and talent experience initiatives across teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operational needs.
Qualifications :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields.

Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively.

Familiar with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

Previous organizational, volunteer, or internship experience is a plus.
