- Assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of strategies to attract and retain B2C users.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve service offerings and overall customer experience.
- Support the team in monitoring performance metrics and preparing basic reports for evaluation and decision-making.
Requirements
- Final semester student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Solid critical thinking ability to assess problems and propose logical solutions.
- Strong data management skills (organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively.
- Prior experience or internship related to Business Development or growth roles. (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of Product Management concepts. (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to Application Development or digital product environments. (Nice to Have)
