Responsibilities

  1. Service Delivery Management
    Oversee the day-to-day delivery of WorkMe services, including 1-on-1 counseling, workshops, assessments, group therapy sessions, and forum group discussions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  2. Program Development
    Write, review, edit, and update programs for WorkMe, tailored to employee assistance needs, such as workshops, assessments, and group therapy sessions.

  3. Research and Analysis
    Conduct research and interviews to understand current trends, developments, and perceptions in employee well-being and productivity, and contextualize the findings for WorkMe programs.

  4. User Engagement Strategies
    Develop strategies to manage and retain users of WorkMe services, focusing on client satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the programs offered.

  5. Stakeholder Negotiation
    Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR teams, company management, associates/partners, and mental health professionals, to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of WorkMe services.

  6. Business Analysis & Opportunity Research
    Coordinate with the Lead of WorkMe Operations to identify and map business strengths, customer needs, and research potential business opportunities and viable income streams within the scope of WorkMe’s services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
    A solid foundation in psychology is required to understand and effectively contribute to employee well-being initiatives.

  • Proven Experience in Project Management
    Experience in managing projects, particularly those related to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), including 1-on-1 services, workshops, assessments, and group therapy sessions.

  • Strong Research and Analytical Skills
    Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and contextualize findings to develop effective user engagement and retention strategies.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    Proficient in communicating with and negotiating between various stakeholders, including HR teams, mental health professionals, and company management.

  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools
    Familiarity with tools and platforms used for managing EAP services, online learning, and community management.

  • Highly Organized and Self-Motivated
    Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
