We’re looking for a passionate and visionary Lead of WorkMe to shape our product strategy, expand our market reach, and build meaningful partnerships with companies that care about their people. 👉 What You’ll Do
- Lead product strategy & innovation to ensure WorkMe stays relevant, impactful, and aligned with client needs.
- Drive business growth & market expansion through B2B acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Build strong client & stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor for workplace wellness.
- Strengthen WorkMe’s brand positioning in the HR and leadership community.
- Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
- Ensure operational excellence to support growth, scalability, and client satisfaction.
👉 What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience – Minimum 4 years in product management, operations, or business development, ideally in B2B services (HR tech, SaaS, or workplace wellbeing).
- B2B Growth Expertise – Strong track record in sales strategy, client management, and scaling business solutions for corporate clients.
- Product & Market Knowledge – Skilled in product strategy and user experience; familiarity with workplace wellbeing, HR, or mental health services is a strong plus.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Ability to use data, market insights, and client needs to shape strategy and make informed decisions.
- Leadership & Influence – Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Workplace Wellbeing – Genuine interest in helping organizations build healthier cultures and supporting employees to thrive.
- Communication & Adaptability – Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with ability to navigate a fast-changing environment.
