As a Technical Writer Intern, you will support the team by creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation to guide both internal teams and end users. Your work will be essential in helping users understand how to use our products and helping teams maintain consistent knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and technical manuals
- Translate complex processes or technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and operations teams to gather accurate information
- Organize content logically and maintain version control of documents
- Ensure documentation is up to date with product updates or process changes
- Assist in creating templates, glossary terms, and documentation standards
- Conduct content audits and identify gaps in documentation
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing (Min. Semester 6) or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable understanding and simplifying technical or operational processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Google Docs, Notion, or similar)
- Bonus: Basic understanding of software development or UX principles
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO) Mon-Fri
