Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the functionality and performance of software applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify and resolve bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide input during the design phase to ensure testability.
  • Perform regression testing and participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes.
Quality Control
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of documentation.
  • Conduct reviews of technical documentation to identify areas for improvement and adherence to standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
